THE IMPACT OF THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION ON THE THIRD PHASE OF TAX REFORM REGARDING IT AND DATABASES AT PALOPO PRIMARY TAX OFFICE

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining whether the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has a positive impact on the third volume of tax reform concerning IT and database management at the Palopo Primary Tax Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires. These questionnaires were then distributed to 52 respondents who are employees of the Palopo Primary Tax Office, each respondent representing an individual. The results of this study indicate that the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has a significant positive impact on the third volume of tax reform concerning IT and database management.
